Massy Wood is currently recruiting for a Timewriter for our Trinidad Office, with experience in the oil and gas industry.

The Time writer is responsible for providing project administrative, cost, document and timesheet management support to the team. 

• Responsible for inputting timesheets for relevant crew members for payroll and invoicing purposes.
• Responsible for inputting timesheets for equipment rentals for invoicing purposes.
• Verify/validate timekeeping data submitted each pay period.
• Assist with project costing and timesheet management.
• Maintain and manage department trackers
• Set up and maintain administration filing systems.
• Participate in meetings and record and distribute minutes of meetings.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations.
• Coordinate the flow of information, within department, both internally and externally.
• Interface with other departments as required.
• Liaise with internal and external contacts.
• Perform all other related job functions as required.

•  Six (6) Ordinary Level Subjects including English Language and Mathematics.

Competencies & Experience:

• At least two (2) years’ experience in an administrative role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Ability to work well with external and internal customers.
• Certificate of good Character (must not be older than 6 months)
• Preference will be given to Nationals of Trinidad and Tobago
